Womens Self-Defense System

This is course geared for women and is taught by women instructors. It is an over view of many of the different defensive techniques and systems available.

The course covers the following:

  • OBSERVATION/AWARENESS OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS
  • ARM AND WRIST CONTROL TECHNIQUES
  • ATTACK COUNTER MEASURES
  • STREET SURVIVAL
  • SURVIVING A PHYSICAL ATTACK

    This course is approx 2 days and is heavy on physical challenge. This is not a martial arts course.
